The Comet is adapted for the stage from the book by award winning author and illustrator Joe Todd Stanton. Directed by Fiona Creese and rewritten for a stage performance by Desree, with original composition from Simone Carty.

Throughout the development process, I worked closely with the creative team to shape the musical narrative across the production. I also attended rehearsals, providing vocal direction and support to the cast to refine and strengthen their performances.
The songs were sung by me as reference vocals, offering a clear guide for the actors during the rehearsal and performance process.
I composed and produced four principal songs, three instrumental tracks and an orchestral piece. Each composition was thoughtfully designed to align with and enhance the visual projections, to create an immersive experience for the audience.
